Welcome to Rental Booking System. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website and services. By accessing and using our platform, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.
2. User Responsibilities

3. Payment Terms
Booking & Payment: All bookings are processed online and require full payment at checkout. Orders are confirmed automatically based on availability, delivery area, and selected dates.
Service Area & Fees: Service is limited to approved zip codes. Delivery fees are calculated automatically based on distance. Additional fees may apply for extended distances.
Damage & Responsibility: Customers are responsible for any damage, loss, or misuse of equipment. Repair or replacement costs will be charged as necessary.
Cancellations & Refunds:Cancellations must be made in advance. Refunds may be issued depending on timing and circumstances.
4. Rental Terms
General Agreement: By placing an order with QuickSeat Rentals, you agree to all terms outlined in this agreement. These terms apply to all rentals and services provided.
Equipment Use: All equipment must be used properly and for its intended purpose. Tables and chairs are for standard event use only.
Service Area & Fees: Service is limited to approved zip codes. Delivery fees are calculated automatically based on distance. Additional fees may apply for extended distances.

Delivery & Pickup: Delivery and pickup times are selected during booking. Customers must ensure someone is available and that items are accessible at both delivery and pickup times.
5. Liability Disclaimer
QuickSeat Rentals is not responsible for injuries, accidents, or damages resulting from misuse of equipment.
3. Weight Limits
Chairs have a maximum weight limit of 350 lbs per chair and table 300 lbs per tables. Tables & chairs must not be stood on or used for heavy loads.
3.Changes to Terms
QuickSeat Rentals reserves the right to update these terms at any time. The terms in effect at the time of booking will apply to your order.
