Booking Process
All bookings are processed automatically through our website. Customers select their delivery date, pickup date, and enter their zip code during checkout. Availability and pricing are calculated instantly.
Service Area
We serve Forney, TX, and the surrounding areas. - Service availability is determined by zip code - Delivery fees are calculated automatically based on distance
Pricing
- Table + 8 Chairs: $85 per day - Delivery & Pickup: Calculated automatically at checkout All pricing is displayed before payment.
Payment
Full payment is required at the time of booking. All transactions are securely processed online.
Delivery & Pickup
- Delivery and pickup dates and times are selected during booking - Availability is managed automatically through our system - Customers must ensure items are accessible at both delivery and pickup times
Weight Limits & Usage Guidelines
- Chairs have a maximum weight capacity of 350 lbs per chair. - Tables are for standard event use only and must not be stood on or used for heavy use. The maximum weight of the table is 300 LBS. - Equipment must be used safely and for its intended purpose. Failure to follow these guidelines may result in damage fees.

Frequently Asked Questions
Can I change my delivery date after booking?
Yes, you can modify your delivery date up to 24 hours before the scheduled delivery. Contact our support team or use the booking management portal to make changes.
What if my ZIP code is outside the service area?
We currently deliver to ZIP codes within 30 miles of Dallas, TX 75126. If your location is outside this area, the booking system will not allow you to proceed. Please contact us for special requests.
Is there a same-day delivery option?
Same-day delivery is available in select areas within our service zone. During booking, you will see if same-day delivery is available for your ZIP code.
What is your refund policy?
Cancellations made 24 hours or more before delivery receive a full refund. Cancellations within 24 hours may incur a 50% fee. No refunds are issued for completed bookings unless damage is reported within 2 hours of delivery.
